I really need help. I’ve been struggling with an addiction to porn and *** since I was very young. I managed to stop for a while but recently relapsed, and now I feel guilty and hopeless. I want to quit completely, but I keep going back to it, I feel scared and alone, and I don’t know how to control my urges or break this cycle. I’m reaching out because I need someone to talk to who won’t judge me and can help me figure out how to stop for good.I am a Muslim female so it is kind of hard to talk about to anyone, thank you for listening
I’m dealing with the same problem sister it’s really hard especially when you’re trying to stop but failing every time but don’t give up try ur hardest to stay away from it
