Reality Hits Hard After Quitting Everything
Hey everyone,
I’m 22, from Bangladesh. I recently made a strong decision — I cut off PMO, video games, and even drugs. I thought peace would follow, but instead, reality hit me harder than I ever expected.
Now, my mind is always running — constantly thinking about my future, about money, about where this life is going.
There’s no real peace.
I’m not too comfortable talking to people, especially the opposite gender, so loneliness is something I carry quietly.
I run my own pharmacy, and it keeps me grounded in some ways. It's a place where I’ve seen people heal — but now, I’m trying to find that healing for myself, inside my own mind.
I’m not here to fake anything. Just trying to walk a clean path and rebuild my soul step by step.
If you relate, or if you’ve been through this phase after quitting your addictions, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
We’re all just trying to figure life out.
Respect to anyone fighting their own silent battles.
