I've been struggling with *** addiction for 5 years I actually started my recovery journey but right now I heard that you can't heal without sharing..Do I need to just share here or tell a person from my family..I can't trust anyone

I’m not sure what kind of addiction you’re referring to, because the app censored it, but if you feel comfortable, I do think you should tell someone you’re close to. That’s helped me a lot with my own issues <3 hugs
