Hey everyone!

I had a pretty good week. I have a weed addiction I think I can say it out now. Through the week I had it but today I saw i will run out like tonight or tomorrow. I can't take it financially and emotionally. When I'm out my anxiety spikes and I feel like I'm so sad and I will never be happy. I don't know what to do. I can't tell my parents or my girlfriend. I think I have to fully quit but I don't want to because I like it and it makes my day better. But it seems I can't be in control of my intake. I really don't what to do. I feel terrible even now, fearing what will be when I run out. I feel the same now like I was the last time I ran

I don’t know what to do and I’m affeaid of tomorrow and the next week.

You say you enjoy it and it makes your day better, but if that were your, you wouldn't be afraid to share it with your loved ones.

Weed convinces you that you need it, but when you slowly start to come off it, day by day, you finally realise, you never needed it in the first place.

Wishing you the best, navigating through this 💚

Would it help if you lived somewhere it is legal, and grew your own? That may eliminate the anxiety of running out. BTW, growing cannabis is not as easy as it sounds.

I would ask myself what is it I am escaping from. What is i that makes me always want to be high. i took some time to process my pains, and now I don't need to be high all the time anymore.

Be careful. People like me fought for decades for legalization, yet there are still drug warriors out there. Be discreet.

Unfortunately I can’t, I’m still in school and have to stay in the country. I don’t know why am I doing this but I have to find out why I am feeling this much anxiety without it and how to not feel that without it I think. Thank you😊

You experience a moment of relief when you smoke. Chasing that moment of being OK can cost everything. Be OK without it, and then one day you can be OK with it if you so choose. Or not use it at all, if you so choose. Been there, done that. YANA. You got this!

I used to obsess over cannabis. My thoughts sounded exactly like your words. Maybe start rationing, tapering down, then give it a rest for a bit. Figure out how important it is to you, how others will judge you, and whether or not it fits into your life. Or even a period of time where you don't think about it...

I recovered from rehab on Grateful Dead tour. What do I know, anyway?

Thank you! I will try to slowly take in less and less and try to think it out!
