so i’m technically legally addicted to benzos ? the healthcare system for mental health here sucks and they easily prescribe xanax or valium. got some cyamemazine too and ngl i love it. i love feeling absolutely nothing.
but i know i can’t be like this forever. i don’t need solutions or advice, just a listening ear. i don’t know if im ready to quit them just now

Benzos are highly addictive and very hard to quit. It’s amazing that you know you need to quit so you already marked off the first step! Good for you!! And if you need a listening ear, there’s usually someone around. 💙💙
