phone addiction

Hi everyone

I think I may have developed a phone addiction. I spend hours scrolling on my phone every day, even when I have important things to do. Sometimes I pick up my phone .

I want to reduce my screen time and build healthier habits, but I'm finding it difficult to stay consistent.

@Aymin

Smartphone addiction is a worldwide epidemic..

We all have to just make the conscious decision to put the phone down and focus on better more substantial things..

The phone industry is trying to trick everybody into using the phone as much as possible..

Good luck🌟

It is a struggle to put the phone down or away, that's why when I'm charging it, it's completely switched off to forget about.

It might help to make a list of what you need to accomplish each morning, and have breaks and limited screen time as a reward for accomplishing each task.

Once I get started, my brain is excited and I feel good about being productive with my time to complete activities and get rid of the daily responsibilities.

I might take frequent breaks but it always get's done and I feel relieved then I can then goof off because I have earned that downtime :)
