I Struggle With Addiction
It is a way for me to cope with life's struggles. Not the healthiest option, but hey, it works. No one knows about it, which is probably for the best. I just hope my visions of the future where I seem to have everything figured out happens.
I hope.
Hi @badwolfblackwolf451 ... have you thought about talking with someone or sharing with someone about your life struggles? Often times, letting out what we are keeping within would help
@Keola I want to but I always feel like I can't. Like they wouldn't care or understand. So I keep it to myself; And apparently I do a good job.
@badwolfblackwolf451 you are not alone, I feel the same way. That's why I drink
@Jules011
thats why I smoke weed every day
@badwolfblackwolf451 ... awesome for making it so far. maybe a close trusted someone or a listener here can hear you out?
Thank you for starting this thread. I am a 35 year old married man with 2 young kids, 6 and 2. I started my journey in recovery over a year ago and it has not been easy for me. I am overcoming addiction to crystal meth. The obsession has made me relapse for the third time each time after about 4-6 months of sobriety. ..
I have a lot of anxiety surrounding the consequences and I can't seem to just be ....Everytime I have an idle moment I am being consumed by the ramifications of the relapse and I could surely use some courage from my fellow brethren and sistren.
