@faithfulPal6827, it takes to cottage to admit this and it's a positive intent to fix it. One of the best ways to get rid of a habit is to replace it with another. Say, you enjoy music or play flute. If you have an urge to mastrubate, reach out for your flute and play a song then another song, divert your mind of this. It can be effective and step by step. Good luck 🤗

I've been addicted to porn too. It's a bit shameful but I have to admit that I was in love with the actors. Due to this, I never focused on my feelings for anyone. One day, I searched for the income of these actors. It was very much. Then I thought that these actors weren't worth loving. I entitled them as 'overpriced prostitutes' and called porn 'Over Priced prostitution video on demand.' so that's how I stopped.
It's crazy.
