Forgive or let go.
Hey everyone. So I've been dating this guy for a while. Turns out he's addicted to meth. He has lied, stolen, and I just can't take it anymore. We broke up after he disappeared for a couple days. I let him stay temporarily because I didn't want him to be homeless, but im still angry and very uncomfortable in my own home. I also feel like he thinks that everything is OK and it's not.

You sound like a very open-minded and generous person to be able to care for him while you are feeling uncomfortable in your own home. But sometimes for our own emotional well-being, we have to learn to set boundaries with people we care about - for our own good and theirs. It is ok to put yourself first and let him know what you expect in order for things to move forward.
