So Alone and crying

My husband is drunk again. I am just so upset and sad feeling alone not sure what to do. Cant stop crying. I cannot tell my family or friends its been 3 yrs my husband is drinking he cant even stand and talk properly. There is no one here that I can talk with all my family and friends are in different country and I dont want them to worry about me. Found this group so that I can atleast express my feelings.
