Addicted to Porn and Feeling Trapped

I've been addicted to porn for over 3 years now and I just fell back into the trap earlier tonight. I feel like I've taken so many steps to avoid being trapped by this such as setting up internet blockers, having friends to talk to about it and using my faith in God as a support for it but every day I feel like nothing is working. I've been doing better lately (only really looking at porn and masturbating once a week instead of once a day) but I still feel like nothing's changed. I just am hoping for tips and support. I feel like I've tried a lot of things and would love to hear others' advice and what has helped them because nothing seems to be helping me. I want to rely on the friends I have before but I often feel too ashamed and so look for anonymity as I do here. Any support is appreciated.
