Addicted to porn since 13 years old
Porn fucked up my life since a very young age i got exposed to sexual industries getting addicted slowly until i fell into it and now my boyfriend doesn't like how it is and idk what to do anymore or how to stop myself and i don't even like it anymore it makes me feel so bas about myself idk why i still do it. I need help.
Make an decision to stop the same first then start removing all videos pictures sites apps toys tempting stuff etc everything relating to the same.. you will think about it only when you are sitting idel so make an timetable and make yourself busy so that you won't get time to think and Never go to your room or bed until you are sleepy divert your mind do excercises its not an easy and fast process but you can do it focus on your goal and pray well
