Addiction to masturbation

Hi ! I'm new here . I believe being in a community going through similar challenges is nothing to be ashamed of and it can only help us become a better person . This is the reason why I'm here today . So I masturbated today after a week of trying my best to not do it . I have had severe hair fall and once I stopped masturbating it got under control and me masturbating today threw tantrums.. I hope I'm one step closer to get over my addiction by reaching to this community .
