A sick mind vs a healthy mind

I am an addict through and through. Always seeking something to make myself feel better about everything. Porn was definitely one of my original addictions and it started since I was a teenager. Sick how bad it's become. I'm still thinking that it's not big deal when I use it almost any time I'm stressed or anxious or bored. Its so deflating and I never thought it would still be following me this long. Yes Ill stop once in a while. But to know that I only use it for comfort breaks my heart everyday I do it.
