So far I’m at a week. 7 days. The longest I’ve gone is 3 months.. I guess I’m just sharing to say and let people know that it is possible. However anyone might do that is completely up to them and I hope it works. Be strong guys and girls. Take care 😌

No worries. It sounds like you are not beating yourself up about this which is great. We all struggle but keep going.
