I think the key is to keep talking about it, make it harder to do and stay away from stuff that could make you wanna do it. Easier said that done trust me, just remember don't feel ashamed, don't go on a spree. Get knocked down and come up again.

Please don't give up, this is one tough addiction to overcome, but you can do it. If you need a listening ear please know I will.
