How do I become normal

I am assuming you came to 7cups in hopes to find some answers. You might but everyone here have discovered their recovery all differently. Some have gone to help professional help and some have found answers by high motivation and tremendous amount of effort for a change. I personally have received cognitive model therapy for long time and it has helped me change unhelpful thinking and behavior that lead to enduring improvement in my mood and functioning.
