I can’t stop seeing escorts

It started when I was 17 and coming home from work at 2am. I would always see them and think damn they’re still out here and wouldn’t ever pay it any mind. But one day I saw a really attractive women do I stopped and asked how much it would be and it was cheaper than I thought so I did that. That day changed my life cause ever since then I haven’t been able to stop seeing them I will see one maybe every month or 2 and it’s gotten to the point where I started receiving random text claiming they are from brothels saying that I owe them money for someone I’ve never met or heard about. It’s a scary experience and I’ve been trying to stop seeing them for almost 3 years now and I feel so embarrassed, scared, and most of all just disappointed in myself. If anyone has any suggestions please I am up for anything.
