I want freedom

I want freedom of speech. I am oppressed and not allowed free will in my home. I want to escape the rat race and implement my ideas to get out of it. The more I think of my future the more anxious I get. I want to live in the present but I have an addiction problem which is sexual. It drives my energy down, yet I do it because of the urge. I want help from myself please help.
