addiction to things like this are hard specially since its something hard to discuss and open up compared to alcohol or drugs but what i can say is try to masturbating by lessening it slowly lets say from once a day to every other day to once a week. its a progress and if youre determined to stop (which i affirm you reaching out for help which is the first step) it will always be a process in progress i hope you may overcome your addiction. :)

This has to be so hard. I struggle with that as well. I do have a relationship with God and I have meditated on His word and prayed and it has gotten easier. Be patient with yourself because just like any other addiction it doesn't happen overnight and even if you slip up that doesn't mean stop trying. 🙏🏾
