I got into porn freshman year of high school. It’s almost been 7 years WITHOUT watching any. And suddenly I’m right back at it. I have a healthy relationship w my SO. And our sexual activity is normal and healthy and totally satisfactory for the entire almost two years of our relationship . But for some reason I have just become so sucked back into porn that I am thinking about it every night and every time I go to shower. I’m so frustrated with myself for doing so well and then failing so bad.
if I could figure out how or why I have gotten back into porn and masturbation so heavily all the sudden, then I could focus on fixing that problem. I really think I’m just using this as a distraction. But I have no idea what I’m trying to distract myself from :(

Well my friend - here I go. I guess others is better to talk of this theme, and maybe you find a listener who can talk it over.
I'm a woman, 69 years old. I never liked phorn. What i have heard is that the girls/woman in the shows are not being well shown, graduating their personality down. And the phorn-industri makes much money. Is there a possibility for you to block the shows you are looking at?
I am a Christian. I think there is a battlefield of our mind. But if we sin Jesus gives us His forgivness by His blood (His offering of Himself at the cross). He can also cleanse us so we are white as snow standing in front of Him. The Bible tells of all this and I can give you the Bibleverses if you want to.
