I enjoying touching myself. However I feel very dirty and guilty once I finish . I often have to take a shower so I can think of myself differently. Have anyone else felt so. If so , do you mind sharing your views?
hey vitalda, i understand what you going through all that guilt and shame becuase i felt it too it is really hard to stop and also is very addictive but if you don't watch any pornography or don't have pornography addiction i think you can do something about it. if you just marstubate only by imagination in your head then know that this have an end becuase the person's imagination is limited so i think with my experience at that time it will your last time

Sammeeee girl dealing with the same thing but what I would say that has helped me a lot is a few things actually if you watch pornography take a break from that (I don´t watch porn but my friend told me to stop if I am it helps) Have something to distract like exercising or reading. If it's really bad I would suggest finding a support group or seeking professional help. Also if you really have that urge I know this sounds babyish but I would suggest buying some stress toys. Hope that helps!

Here are my 2 cents. If you are on an anti-depression med, it will slow down your interest to almost zero.
Those of you on anti-dep meds, please let me know your thoughts on this.
