Whenever I have unbearable emotional pain my mind force me to watch porn since I used to watch my make my mind and emotions numb and since currently I m feelj v emotional pain it is forcing me to watch again n i can't help idk what to do

There have been a few queries regarding porn addiction in the past week; have you looked at 'The Easy Peasy Way to Quit Porn' which is available as a free to download, open-source pdf? I always suggest it as the principles behind it are sound. Hoping this helps.
