Im a career professionel and recovering from a painful breakup from my long time girlfriend. I heard on forum of something called accountability partner in issues of addiction.
What’s the process of finding an accountability partner for porn addiction and uncontrollable urge for masturbation? I’m not coping well and any help will be appreciated.
