Only find a woman appealing when I’m horny

Why is it that I’m only interested in a woman when I’m horny, I’ve been struggling with relationships for a while and I’m always in the mood for sex but right after having it I just lose interest in being anywhere near a woman and every thing they do starts annoying me and I hate it because Not me I’m not that selfish at all
