Hey I am 17 struggling with a porn addiction and I can't break it every time I try I just relapse and then I am depressed and sad afterwards, I don't know what to do😭

Hello, I know you might hear this all the time, but I am addicted to porn. I have been since 2014. The struggle is that I need a phone for work and school, but it is also the root to my problem. If there is anything you could tell me that can help I would be forever grateful. Thank you.
