At first I didn't want to admit to myself that I need help because I thought I can handle this myself. I need help to fight addiction because it is affecting my relationship with my gf badly and I want to rid myself of this addiction as well

I’m sorry..I know how that feels I have an addiction with cutting it’s not easy to do it on your own i would talk to you gf about it so you have support and she can help you get through this with out being alone
