Porn addiction
I have never watched porn before (im 26 year old)
In the summer while we were in lock down i just tried to check a porn video (just wanted to know how it is )
Now its been 1.5 year that im strugling to stop watching porn
And i cant im reaaly frustrated .
I have used porn blokers but i found an other way to go and watch them . And i dont know how to even explain it to my therapist .

pornography addiction can be as hard as dropping a drug addiction and it can come with a lot of ups and downs. It might sound weird to mention it to the therapist but it gets more comfortable when you’re able to overcome the initial barrier. Sometimes the best way of getting over an addiction is to see what it does to you long term if you don’t. Maybe researching the negative effects of pornography can help along this line too!
