Porn addiction or cheater?
My boyfriend has struggled with porn addiction for some time. Part of this addiction involves constantly seeking out photos of girls on Facebook and Instagram every day both models and real life girls he finds on buy and sell pages ( I’m talking multiple times a day, whenever I leave the room). He is seeking therapy and I am trying to be supportive. Recently he has been attending the university library to study ( he does not attend this university but does an online course). He asked me to send him something off his computer and there were all these open reddit feeds titled “how to pick up girls at university libraries” shamefully I looked at his search history and saw he had googled this question specifically on a day he attended the library. He says it is part of his addiction and only a fantasy. Am I being naive?

I see your boyfriend has a porn/sex addiction getting things to simulate his mind but it's very difficult time for him I suggest you both talk one to one talking is important also I suggest he finds porn addiction groups on reddit and get a porn blocker and also watch a documentary on porn on what it does to the brain and how it rewires your neurotransmitters and also tell him to look up dopamine detox which dopamine is the brains natural drug procedure through pleasure it's called the reward system good luck hope this helps.
