Porn/masturbation addiction help

Im trying really hard to stop but its very hard. Im getting back too the point of just 1 time everyday but its really hard. I have apps thatll block stuff on my phone when i get urges and start searching cause im weak... However nothing stops me from just going in and turning the blockers off. So if you know an app that prevents you form turning off the blocker that doesnt require paymet please let me know and preferable a good app
