I get at home massage from a female and sometimes I get aroused and preejaculate comes out. Is that considered a sensual massage? Is that bad?

Sorry for the late response! I'm no expert, but massages can cause various effects. Your body is just reacting naturally.

I think it depends on a number of factors. Arousal can be a normal response to touch. It would depend on things like level of nudity and intention of the touch as to whether it's sensual or just a natural occurrence from a therapeutic massage. Hope this helps
