What happens if you force yourself to go a period of time without sex? I'm struggling with my urges and I'm trying to figure out if there is a difference between having a high sex drive and being a sex addict. I will force myself to go multiple days without a sexual release and I'll tell myself "if I were a sex addict I wouldn't be able to force myself to stop". If I don't have a release I will feel uncomfortable and it will be very hard to think about anything but sex. I'm just confused and not sure if it's unhealthy or if I should seek additional support
