Trying to break the porn habit, don’t feel like I can talk to anyone about it

I’m 24M and I am happily married. However, I want more than anything to quit watching porn. I’ve been able to quit for some time in the past, the problem is I don’t have anyone to talk to about this. It’s really hard to discuss with my wife as she doesn’t really understand it and I know it makes her feel bad.

I feel the same way. Haven't used it for 6 weeks but it has been a coping behavior for so long it's a struggle to leave behind.
