Why do I feel such deep shame after I masturabate?

It’s not necessarily just PNC, days after masturbating I will still experience intense self loathing and shame. My productivity drops to zero and I am completely unmotivated to do anything. Im even unable to engage in activities that I enjoy doing, because I’m ashamed of myself. Feedback is appreciated.

It's ok to have a strong sex drive. U masturbate and it's a natural response to ur natural demand. Not a shameful thing.
