I have watched too much porn that i feel brain dead, no excitement for anything now. I started no fap in October 2020, 9 months later my max is 20 days. I can't do 3 months journey always deviated. Please help

Hello, I am so sorry that you are struggling with porn addiction can be very hard to break. It took great courage to reach out for help and that in itself says you are strong and determined.
