@KatarinaBallerina yes on three occasions in my life - if you are interested in tackling it think if you want to see a general practitioner or doctor about it or communicate with a therapist. Good luck!! ❤️

@KatarinaBallerina I don’t have ADHD though I’m not sure if my answer is helpful to you 💜

I have experienced a tic once. It really freaked me out- and i think it was partially due to adhd, or whatever else is wrong with me

@KatarinaBallerinaI used to have one I called “t-Rex arms” where I would bend my arms and they looked like a t-rex’s, even typing this, I have the urge to do it again.

Yes, quite often. I’m not a professional and I have only been properly diagnosed with ADHD for about a year, so still learning what is and isn’t related, but I do experience tics.

One common one for me is to quickly jerk my head to the right and raising my shoulder to meet it, while scrunching my face. It’s quite difficult to explain to others because it looks odd and happens seemingly randomly. I also have a lot of tics with my hands (though a lot of these could also be just stimming).

The tics seem to happen more frequently if I’m noticing or thinking about them, or when stressed.

Are you having trouble with tics? 💛

@KatarinaBallerina Been diagnosed with ADHD my whole life, and I do experience tics. They are not very often and small but noticeable still. Maybe once or twice a week I will be sitting in a chair and I will suddenly randomly flex my leg muscle, or about every other day my foot will be off the ground (on my knee or something) and I suddenly move my foot. These ticks rarely happen when I am moving or doing something active and they do get worse without my pills.
