RSD- What is it, and How Does it Affect People With ADHD?

Here is an article about what RSD (rejection sensative dysphoria) is, and how it can affect many of us who have ADHD.
In my own experience, Rejection Sensative Dyshopria can affect me on a very great scale, even just someone's tone of voice changing slightly, or their messages getting shorter and more "prompt" can make me feel like they suddenly hate me, I did/said something wrong, or they dont care enough to interact with me anymore.
How have you guys experienced RSD, and how has it affected you?

I read something about that and I think I have it, not too badly, but it feeds into my social anxiety.
