For me my adhd make me not show as much emotion or to much emotion it’s hard to explain it but it sucks and I get all of you who also struggle with adhd

I can totally relate, and the struggle is real. I started researching what can be done when emotional dysregulation occurs, and I came across a website that talks about using mindfulness. So, I used various breathing techniques to help calm down when it all gets too much. It seems to be helping for the time being.

Yes, I can understand how you are going through this situation. I came across many patients with the same syndrome, in that case, I suggested having a structured routine and visual reminders. One can create a list of tasks and schedule the high-priority task first and later on go to the least priority. Also, one can set reminders. It is a type of situation that could not be even explained. One can look out for near homeopathic doctor, or the ones who are best in holistic healing. They an guide you the best.
