I can be focusing on watching TV, reading a book, writing, drawing, coloring and then all of a sudden my mind goes : "Ooooo can we like do this?! (So like it could be something random like humming a song that I have in my head, or I make up words such as HippoSkunk.)

Absolutely. That sounds so real. And, something I do as a writer. I’m writing, writing and then veer off into something else entirely, usually poetry.
Yup. It is sooo typical for me to do that because my danger brain can't focus on 1 thing Nuuu it has to go.and be like a lost at trying to use its echolocation
