Absolute disdain of sudden change of plans.
Is that a common symptom?
If it's not something routine, I usually schedule at least two days ahead, because I need one full day to mentally prepare for it. There's no way in the world I can encounter a sudden change of plans that would force me to do something / go somewhere the exact same day without me getting angry. It ruins my whole day. No matter if it's just a hairdresser asking for a reschedule or once-in-a-lifetime meeting, it makes no difference to my brain.
Even if something pops up that I'd have to do the immediate next day, I'd be at least temporarily *** off. That has persisted throughout my life. I think it has something to do with executive dysfunction.
If anyone experiences the same thing, do you have any advice?

I have had this problem in the past...
I just decided one day just to just go ahead and do whatever someone asks me immediately and then I don't have to have it bother me anymore.
I hope this helps 🌟
