today my psychiatrist/therapist just diagnosed me with innatentive adhd, generalized anxiety disorder, and social anxiety disorder. and told me and my mom that she’ll get me the correct help i need. i forgot what else she said but she said she’ll give me accommodations for in-person school so i’ll be able to function. after the diagnosis i was searching about it and researching and found so many people that is dealing with stuff similar to me and i finally feel seen

@ilyroseybloom Feeling seen is such a powerful experience. I'm happy you were able to reach that and are getting support from the psychiatrist. Having diagnoses can definitely help give some direction for what may help and what you need to thrive and feel your best!
