I found this while wandering around the net. Has anyone else identified with any of these monsters?

I didn't know that forgetting commonly used words is a part of having ADHD. But I relate to that so much. I can be heard describing things as 'thingy', or other made up words that aren't found in the dictionary. It annoys me sometimes when I cant think of the right word, but mostly my family has to be the ones to put up with it. They are used to it. :)

@SmileyRainbow Totally lol.
- hyper fixations - ✅ yep. Absolutely
- forgetting to eat and sleep - 🔘 would say it depends on thisone. I do forget if I am busy, but most of me not doing so is either being lazy or distracted
- black and white thinking - ⛔ used to do it, but I´m trying to unlearn, and doing much better now
- difficulty making decisions - ⛔ depends on the decision, but mostly good on thisone
- intense fear of rejection - ✅ - soul crushing. Therapy helped a lot, but I am still not taking it very well
- depression - ✅ - pretty much had my first one at kindergarten, yay
- auditory processing issues - ✅ - i don´t understand people with deep voices sadly, have problems with distorted phone calls and i don´t even attempt to understand most speaker announcements, hearing the sound but not understanding the words, movies with subtitles are appreciated
- forgetting to use a restroom - ✅ - if i get distracted
- difficulty sleeping - ⛔ - i hit the pillow and pass out on most days
- poor impulse control - 🔘 - getting better with practice
- struggling to recall commonly used words - ✅ - that moment when you speak 3 languages and are learning the 4th and forget the word in all of them 😭
- moodswings - ✅ - guilty as charged
- anxiety - ✅ - i thought i am not anxious before starting therapy and learning i am in such a chronic anxiety state that i considered it my baseline 😭
- sensory issues - ✅ - light, rapid movement and textures sensitivities
- difficulty switching tasks - ✅ - i can´t stand the pomodoro technique. I know it is helpful to a lot of others, but it just make me want to scream in repeated task initiation and switching. If i am doing something, just let me do it in peace
