Consistent symptoms
I know it's unconventional to ask, but what symptoms are almost always there to determine possibility of having ADHD?
I don't mean to self diagnose but I feel like I might be neurodivergent and I need a place to start

Dear Beloved,
I am sharing the symptoms of ADHD in adults with you to help you understand ADHD. The symptoms may include trouble focusing on tasks, forgetting daily chores, difficulty planning, procrastination, talking too much, hyperactivity, or restlessness. Someone may experience only a few of them. It is not necessary to have all the symptoms.
Hi, @Leylamimosa .
Some others are having a very busy brain, being prone to emotional dysregulation, finding it difficult to be patient, going from interest to interest, hyper focus.
