Some of the signs include unable to concentrate,finding it difficult to follow instructions or rules, it's hard to interpret timing hence you end up being late always

finding it hard to follow instructions, you always fidget a lot, you interrupt peples conversation a lot without knowing, you are talking and sometimes js ramdomly stop without finishing the sentence you always loose your stuff wven if u had it a second ago

Difficulty willing yourself to begin tasks

Difficulty switching tasks, or quitting an interesting task

Weak planning and organizing skills
