I'm 19 i failed my exams and I don't know what to do. All my friends passed that exam but I feel like I'm stuck in life

When I was in university, I failed my statistics class 3 times, the first time was disheartening, but I told myself, it doesnt reflect my intelligence or who I am as a person, failing a course, I am still a good person, so I stopped attaching my identity and human value to my grade. I never gave up, I kept persevering through the challenging course, I got a stats tutor, and passed my third try, I did more questions, I talked to my professor, I want to do well, but these are my topics I find some challenges. Being more active and believing in my self was the first step, failure is my bestfriend, because it gives me perseverance and courage, it teaches me to never give up.
Agree with a lot of what beautyoflife said. Your identity isn't tied to it, but I can imagine it can be hard to disconnect it. Feel free to talk to me (you can just upvote me and I'll message you; I suppose you are not a creep lol). It would be just a natural conversation, to hopefully give you a bit of strength. You'll come out the other side for sure, but now it's quite hard. Lots of love and God bless you. I'll keep you in my prayers
I failed at university went back and got 2:1 but don’t use what i learnt much. Libraries are great if your ADHD you likely have curiosity study lots of things at level you find ok probably pre university.
Learning what adhd can do well and how to deal with adhd difficulties like stress probably most valuable but stressful so I would recommend mixing these with easy.
I felt totally in pieces when I failed my life had been my study.
Spirit hugs.
I understand how exhausting it can be, trying so hard but it looks like you're not doing enough. Just know that you're not alone. It is not the end for you. You are not stuck. Your efforts are not in vain. Just don't push yourself too hard, rather take things one step at a time, and if it's possible, try and see a therapist. You will be fine. Much love from me ❤️
Try differently. That might mean finding a tutor, watching videos on what you studied, or finding different testing strategies. You might try eating/chewing something minty before the exam, or during if it's allowed.

I commented in a hurry and forgot to show some empathy. Sorry!
Failing and being stuck feel so discouraging, and I understand, because my ADHD had me feeling like I was failing at life and unable to get unstuck. But then, after my diagnosis, I was determined to not stay stuck and I began to try things I would not have thought of on my own, thanks to a therapist and the YT channel How To ADHD. When you fail, try differently.
Also, I happen to be wearing a shirt that says "Fail University." Failure can be a great teacher. Scientists and DIY-ers fail all the time and their failure leads them to ask, "What should we try differently next time?" Sometimes it takes a series of failures before one has success.
