Non functioning

Idk if this is undiagnosed adhd or its mdd (diagnosed).

I'm 33.5kg 152cm. Taking fluvoxamine 100mg for about 6 months. not functioning well. No shower, no brush teeth, no do laundry, no cook, no text friends, room extreme clutter, memory issues, addicted to phone screen.

I dont self harm but i skin pick, i have bfrb, i dont have eating disorder in traditional sense, im just too 'lazy' to make food.

I feel miserable like this.

I feel overwhelmed. Im struggling to live 😞

I asked dr/therapist about it but i was brushed off.
