Not realise what you are doing.

So I have had this happen a couple times now and one of them was tonight. So all of a sudden you’re removed from a group and you message the owner and they say I will call you after my shower. Then messages later to say will call tomorrow as I’m shattered.

I must of done something but I can’t see what, all it takes is for one person to say to me do you mind stopping that or take a step back please. But nothing so now I’m off to bed with that also in my head as well as other family stuff which is also hurting and other stuff not going into it.

Please tell me someone else also does this ?
