...See more Hey all so I’ve had a Counselling’s session this morning and it’s left me feeling very strange. I get told this is normal to feel but it’s horrible and I am struggling with it now. I find after js the worse part. Any suggestions or anyone able to have a chat (I’m aware you can’t message each other on here) Thank you all feel very very vulnerable at moment.

...See more Anyone else find there trauma gets involved in every aspect of their life’s ?. I am struggling majorly but I to have my first counselling session tomorrow I am so scared. I feel that because of the trauma I have lost trust issues. Especially to males I can’t so it.

Feeling like I’m invisible

...See more Lately I feel like I’m invisible and everything is invisible. No one invites me out anymore to do things. Am I invisible, when I question it or ask to meet up it’s yeah we will plan it. Have I heard anything or been invited ? Of course not, because I’m invisible. People only want me when they need something and I use to fall to them and do it. Today I am such a very bad headspace due to lots of deaths I ln family and also my s an abuse coming up it’s literally making em very very uncomfortable and not being nice to myself. Being in my own head with no one to speak to is my biggest problem. One more things and I know I’m going to explode or maybe worse ( not planning ). I don’t know what I need or who I need, being in my head is soo dark and scary, I need someone to chat to or connect with and chat things through and just see what’s happening and all that

...See more So I have had this happen a couple times now and one of them was tonight. So all of a sudden you’re removed from a group and you message the owner and they say I will call you after my shower. Then messages later to say will call tomorrow as I’m shattered. I must of done something but I can’t see what, all it takes is for one person to say to me do you mind stopping that or take a step back please. But nothing so now I’m off to bed with that also in my head as well as other family stuff which is also hurting and other stuff not going into it. Please tell me someone else also does this ?
