You are definitely not a psychopath 💜
You are honest.
I'm honestly not all hearts and sunshine and fluffy all the time.
When people say, be positive, or they are singing and smiling at six in the morning, honestly, I want to scream 🤣 Im real and honest, you have to experience anger, sadness, tiredness, all the feelings to appreciate happiness. If you are overly negative to the point of not trying anything and being rude, it's important to give things and people a chance and take yourself out of your comfort zone 💜💕
Ok after thinking about negatives you just write their positives in a sheet of paper like.
"You think like this(negative) but actually its like this(positive)"
Do this Daily.
Your brain will automatically think positive too in future.

Take care
I think its not about thinking positive more? I think you should fist sit alone and try to know every emotion you have and why do you have it and how to handle it next time! You will get better with time pls go easy with your self , i have same issue I can trust easily but still have questions in my head that do they love? Why she did look at me like that? Why why why why that question come to my mind with the every conversation i had and even when i just say hello? btw this my first comment in this app and even in other app i attended to not comment so sorry if it was bad

Hi @ulfatmalik209, I’m so sorry to ear you’re struggling with such intense negative emotions, I understand that pain. However, I can assure you what you have described does not even come close to meeting the definition of a psychopath. What you are describing sounds more akin to depression, and while I know how feeling so down and pessimistic all the time can make you feel like you are the problem I can assure you that is far from true. Going through a hard time and having a mental shift in perspective does not make you a psychopath: it makes you somebody who could use some extra love and support.
There are so many people who are willing to help you navigate these hard times, both on this platform and in person, and you are not alone in your struggles. I would encourage you to reach out to somebody you trust and discuss the emotions you’ve been struggling with.
You are not a psychopath and things will get better with time: keep holding on and reach out for support where needed. Take care🫂❤️

I have been there myself. When all you can see and expect are all the negative things. It becomes a self-destructive habit as you get addicted to complaining. At least that is what happened to me for awhile. I got tired of being negative and depressed so I started listening to the 'Mindset Mentor' podcast. He will teach you how to train your brain for positive thinking and developing healthy habits. I highly recommend his channel.
Hello I need friend
Hello I need friend
@ulfatmalik209 first of all, let me assure you, you are not a psychopath. Psychopathy is believed to be something people are born with, as it is a built in brain function difference. It is a condition characterized by lack of remorse and emotional depth, lack of concern for others etc. So to calm you down, I´m certain you are not becoming a psychopath. While i´m NOT a mental health professional, just simply someone who digs into psychology as a hobby, what you describe seems to have a different cause.
Let´s see if any of these questions leads you closer to understanding what is going on:
How is your current satisfaction with where you are at life? (this can be career, studies, family life, relationships, friendships, goals anything)
How is your current self care? (Are you overbooked? Do you have time for yourself? Do you have your needs met? Do you have time to do what helps you rest and relax?)
How is your overall health and wellbeing? (do you have any health issues like for example some headaches or devouring issues lately that could contribute to not feeling too well, are you surrounded by toxic people, do you have an unhealthy coping mechanism that is draining you further (for example too much doom scrolling on the phone), Do you have any strong negative unaddressed feelings towards someone or something etc)
You don´t have to reply to these here, it´s completely enough if you just think about it. Maybe it will show you some pattern or bigger contexts that can help you move forward to find your inner peace again
Damn this is soo relatable… i cant trust people .. i am becoming very short tempered now
