There's a really cool app i found that was made specifically for ADHD

This app has task breakdown, brain dump into tasks or saveable brain dumps and cool stuff like task readers (auditory processing), nag reminders that play animal noises lol so it doesnt get old and a what to do next button. 

If you search Sprout ADHD it comes up on appstore, their *** group is pretty good as well, the owner listens and implements and they have a coach posting tips. Again search sprout adhd. Just though this might help people and is cool to try out. Its free.
